A small studio doing specific work for manufacturers who can’t wait.
Founded to solve one problem: the part too small for a CNC quote and too specific for an off-the-shelf solution. We design and produce it in carbon-fiber composite — with the discipline of an engineering shop and the speed of a service bureau.
The bracket your supplier doesn’t make.
Everhaven was founded on a frustration that anyone running a small shop or maintenance crew will recognize. The bracket is too small for a CNC quote. The replacement part is discontinued. The fixture would take a week to design and another to machine. Meanwhile, production is waiting.
We started this studio to close that gap — to be the shop a plant manager or a working machinist can call on Monday morning and have parts on the dock by Friday. We run a focused library of four engineering materials — PETG CF, PETG HF, ASA, and PAHT-CF — because each has a specific job: stiffness, throughput, UV resistance, or high-temperature performance. The right material for the right part, specified before the quote goes out.
We’re located in Cartersville and we work primarily with manufacturers within an hour’s drive — though parts ship anywhere. The work is the work, regardless of zip code.
Started Everhaven after years on the plant floor and in machine shops where the answer to “can you make one of these by Friday?” was always “no.” This studio exists to change that answer.
